Performance-lab 'And you, who are you bringing?'. Community work.

And you, who are you bringing? It is an experience of encounter, creation and collective expression, celebrating identity and memory, the place of the body, imagination, exchange and artistic transformation.

We propose the creation of a time in which we can expand what we carry within, and share it freely, without judgment, until words are no longer enough and we have to dilute them in our bodies, and until movement is no longer enough and we have to condense it into a word.

Beyond performance, dance, and theater, but with the freedom to convene them, what we seek is to build a place and a moment where we can breathe what we are, what we feel, what we think, what we imagine, what we dream... and always carry it inside, like an interior garden, like a nut, until we can once again open the doors and share it...

The objective of this workshop is to enhance the participants' creative abilities, connecting and engaging with the other performers, and to deepen their understanding of the body and voice in movement, using contemporary dance techniques as a training tool.

Aimed at dancers, actors, performances.

Workshop duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes daily

Total number of participants: 15 maximum

Ages from 18 years to 40 years.

Workshop space requirements:
1. a large room, minimum 8 m x 8 m
2. with wooden flooring and if possible with linoleum
3. Sound equipment: a minimum of one speaker and a cable to connect to a computer or sound table (this is not essential)
4. If you could have a DJ, that would be great for the public presentation. (This is not a prerequisite.)

Presentation of the workshop to the public, lasting between 30 and 40 minutes, with a warm-up, a brief spoken introduction, and a demonstration of the collective improvisation work.

It can be the same room where the workshop is held, and chairs can be placed in a circular shape for the audience.
And having some spotlights to create some atmosphere is not essential.

It could be a theater, where a lighting technician is needed, and the sound equipment could be close to the stage.
